What is Pump Ups?
Pump Ups is a monthly subscription service that sends 6 different supplement samples as well as healthy foods and snacks to your door. Our goal is to encourage people to discover new supplements and products without having to purchase them at full-price first.
How much does a Pump Ups membership cost?
A Pump Ups membership is $20 a month. Shipping is always FREE. There are no contracts and you can cancel at anytime.
What will I receive when I sign up for a Pump Ups membership?
Every month you will receive a Pump Ups pack filled with 6 different samples of supplements, healthy foods and snacks. Each month your box will contain different samples from different brands.
When will I receive my first Pump Ups pack? What about every month after that?
We send 2 shipments per month. If you signed up between the 1st - 15th, your shipment will go out the 16th of every month. If you signed up between the 16th - 31st, your shipment will go out on the 30th or 31st.
How do I cancel my membership?
Login to your Pump Ups account and click on the Billing tab. At the bottom of the page you will see a button to cancel your membership. This will delete your account and cancel your subscription so you will no longer be billed. This action cannot be undone and all of your information will be deleted.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your membership at anytime. Your monthly membership fee is auto-renewed every month on the day that you signed up. For example, if you signed up on July 2, you will be billed on the 2nd of every month. If you would like to cancel your subscription, please do so before 11:59PM EST on the day before your billing date, otherwise you will continue to be billed for the next month.
Shipping
Where does Pump Ups ship to?
We currently ship only to the United States and Canada. Boxes are mailed via United States Postal Service.
When will my Pump Ups pack ship?
We ship you one Pump Ups pack per month. The date your pack ships out every month depends on the date you signed up. The pack usually takes between 2-4 days to arrive.
Will I be able to track my shipment?
Yes, every time your Pump Ups pack is shipped out you will receive an email with tracking information.
What if I want to change my address?
You can change your shipping or billing address from your account dashboard. Simply login to your Pump Ups account and click on billing.
Samples
How many servings will I receive of each sample?
Sample sizes and servings will vary depending upon the product. For many of the food and snack products, you will receive one serving (i.e. 1 protein bar). For the supplements, we do our best to give you at least 2 servings so you can give each product a good test run. You will always get 6 different products, but may receive 8-10 total samples in your pack.
Are the samples in my Pump Ups pack safe to take?
We only work with brands that manufacture products that are safe to use. However, the label claims on the samples have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The samples are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. You should always consult your doctor before taking any supplements.
How big are the samples in each Pump Ups pack?
Sample sizes will vary depending upon the type of product.
Do I choose the samples I receive in my Pump Ups pack?
No, it is entirely random. Our goal is to encourage people to discover new supplements and try new things. Eventually, our packs will become more customized to fit your particular interests.
What if I don't like the samples I receive?
Feedback is our #1 priority at Pump Ups. If you don't like any of your samples, tell us through our review and rating system. We don't accept returns, so if you end up not using certain samples, give them to a friend or someone who could use them.
Where can I purchase the samples that I receive in my pack in full-size?
If you login to your Pump Ups account and go to the 'Store', you will be able to find detailed information on where to purchase each product.
I'm an NCAA athlete. Are the samples in my Pump Ups pack safe to take?
The NCAA has strict rules and regulations when it comes to supplements. You should check the NCAA banned substances list before taking any supplements. It is your responsibility to check with the appropriate athletics staff before using any substance.
I have allergies to certain ingredients. What do you suggest?
We cannot guarantee that your Pump Ups pack won't contain certain products or ingredients. You should always consult with your doctor before taking any supplements.

Are there any hidden fees?
Of course not. You will never pay more than $20 per month.
